Refund & Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

Items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. In most cases a restocking fee is not charged.

Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Light Goods with the shipment tracking number.

Clearance/Liquidation/Closeout items may only be returned if found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL RETURN
Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
Must be in resalable condition including all packaging.
Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
Must NOT have been installed.
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
May not have any writing on the original packaging.
May not be missing pieces.
Must not be a clearance/liquidation/closeout item.

Light Goods is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.
